When Richard Trenkwalder opened a technical engineering office in Schwadorf, Lower Austria, in March 1985, the concept of personnel leasing was still largely unknown in German-speaking countries. Born in Styria, he brings the idea of personnel leasing with him to Austria from stays in Great Britain, Scandinavia and the Netherlands.
Over the years and decades, the Trenkwalder Group grew into an international player in the HR sector. Today, Trenkwalder's portfolio includes not only personnel placement but also other HR services such as recruiting as well as customized solutions in business process outsourcing (BPO) and digital learning offerings.
