We process your personal data based on our overriding legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation) in achieving the purposes mentioned in section 4 above. If you have given us consent to process your data, we will process it based on that consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

For the purposes listed above, we will transfer your personal data to the following recipients:

  • IT service providers we use;

  • With your consent – to other companies within our corporate group.

Some of the recipients mentioned above are located in or process personal data outside your country. The level of data protection in the other country may not be the same as in your country. However, we only transfer your personal data to countries for which the EU Commission has determined that they provide an adequate level of data protection, or we take measures to ensure that all recipients provide an adequate level of data protection.   1. Retention Periods

We generally retain your data for a period of three months. We will retain your data for a longer period if necessary to investigate attacks on our website. If you have applied for a job with us or are employed by us as a leased employee, the retention periods specified in the Privacy Notice for Job Applicants and Leased Employees apply.

Privacy Notice for Job Applicants and Leased Employees

This notice provides you with information on how Trenkwalder EOOD, with its registered office at 79 Hristo Botev Blvd, Sofia (“we” or the “leasing company”), will process your personal data during the application process and/or your employment with us as a leased employee. Additionally, we would like to inform you about your rights related to your personal data and how you can contact us to exercise these rights.

  1. Purposes for Processing Your Personal Data

To initiate or during the application process, we will process the personal data listed in Appendix 1 for the following purposes:

  • Selection of leased employees;

  • Maintaining active contact with potential leased employees through various channels, including the company’s website, social media, exhibitions, etc., regarding the selection process;

  • Execution of application processes;

  • Assisting potential client companies in fulfilling their due diligence obligations concerning the specific employees to be hired by us;

  • Skills analysis to offer the best match between companies and candidates;

  • Retention of personal data of potential leased employees and candidates for future job offers.

While you are employed with us as a leased employee, we will process the personal data listed in Appendices 1 and 2 for the following purposes:

  • Human resources management regarding leased employees;

  • Processing and transmitting personal data for payroll purposes and to comply with document retention, disclosure, notification, and information provision obligations, as required by applicable law, collective bargaining agreements (e.g., collective agreements for negotiations), or employment contracts;

  • Management of leasing employees and correspondence with the client company and authorities regarding leasing employees;

  • Data transmission to potential client companies to assist in fulfilling their due diligence obligations for employees to be hired;

  • Compensation planning;

  • Management of salaries and benefit programs;

  • For training purposes;

  • Time tracking and attendance management;

  • Mobility control;

  • Performance evaluation and control;

  • Ensuring appropriate staffing and assessing whether employees are qualified to perform specific tasks;
