Retention Periods
We generally retain your data for a period of three months. We will retain your data for a longer period if necessary to investigate attacks on our website. If you have applied for a job with us or are employed by us as a leased employee, the retention periods specified in the Privacy Notice for Job Applicants and Leased Employees apply.
Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

Privacy Notice for Job Applicants and Leased Employees
This notice provides you with information on how Trenkwalder EOOD, with its registered office at 79 Hristo Botev Blvd, Sofia (“we” or the “leasing company”), will process your personal data during the application process and/or your employment with us as a leased employee. Additionally, we would like to inform you about your rights related to your personal data and how you can contact us to exercise these rights.
Purposes for Processing Your Personal Data
To initiate or during the application process, we will process the personal data listed in Appendix 1 for the following purposes:
Selection of leased employees;
Maintaining active contact with potential leased employees through various channels, including the company’s website, social media, exhibitions, etc., regarding the selection process;

Assisting potential client companies in fulfilling their due diligence obligations concerning the specific employees to be hired by us;
