System administrator - 6 months project

We are Trenkwalder – an Austrian company and a leader in the field of human resources, with more than 200 offices in 16 European countries and over 19 years of experience on the Bulgarian market. For our client, well-established international manufacturing company - we are looking to recruit System administrator for 6 months project.

Your Tasks

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hardware and software components;
Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and other IT equipment;
Provide day-to-day IT support to employees across different departments;
Independently resolve a broad range of technical issues, including non-routine and more complex requests;
Support end-user services, local IT infrastructure, specialized equipment, and manufacturing IT systems;
Coordinate routine IT activities and ensure timely and effective delivery;
Ensure compliance with IT security, risk management, and company policies;
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to enhancing IT service quality and user experience.

Your Qualifications

3–5 years of professional experience in IT Support, IT Infrastructure, or a similar technical role;
Completed secondary or higher education; an IT or technical degree would be an advantage;
Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and IT infrastructure;
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks according to business needs;
Good communication and organizational skills;
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Good command of English – Level B2 or equivalent.
