Employment and career opportunities:
Temporary employment is for a limited period of time. Companies typically use this model to fill a short-term lack of someone on their regular staff or when there is a temporary increase in work. However, this doesn't mean that you have to finish the job once the project is complete. On the contrary, we will find the next project for you.
We can't tell you what the average length of temporary employment is as it depends on various factors. But very often it happens that the client wants to keep the temporary workers and offer them permanent employment.
If you apply for a job directly with a client company, you will also be employed by that company.
If you have opted for the "temporary employment" option and are therefore working as a temporary employee (m/f/d), the employment relationship is between you and Trenkwalder. However, more than half of our temporary employees (m/f/d) are hired permanently by the client company after a certain period of time.
If you apply for an internal career at Trenkwalder, you will of course be employed directly by Trenkwalder.
