We are Trenkwalder - an Austrian company, leader in human resources, with more than 200 offices in 16 European countries and over 19 years of experience on the Bulgarian market. For our client, well-established manufacturing company - we are looking to recruit Toolroom Manager.

Your Tasks

Assembly & repair & service injection mold tools;
On-time delivery of tooling to the quality, expected by the company and end-customer;
Responsible for the toolroom staff and delegating their workload;
Assist the Production Team in trouble shooting tooling and moulding faults;
Manage issues that arise in the Toolroom, ensuring action is taken to remove problems;
Setting, monitoring and improving KPI's to identify issues and remove blocking areas;
Seek for improvements in every single performance, ensuring that best practice is shared across the Toolshop;
Ensuring new ideas / processes are deployed in a consistent manner across multiple shifts.

Your Qualifications

Mechanical engineering qualification or toolmaker apprenticeship or equivalent;
A strong background in Toolshops in Toolmaking industry;
Previous experience managing Toolroom personnel, workloads and priorities is essential;
Proficiency with CAD software is essential, Siemens NX experience is an advantage;
Experience in repairing and maintaining injection mould tools;
In-depth knowledge of Injection Mould tooling & fault diagnosis;
Experience using Machine operating systems;
Proven experience in handling employee development and training.
