We are Trenkwalder – an Austrian company and a leader in the field of human resources, with more than 200 offices in 16 European countries and over 19 years of experience on the Bulgarian market. For our client, we are looking to recruit Process Engineer.

Your Tasks

Operate and optimize high-volume automated assembly lines, ensuring efficiency and stable production performance;
Apply expertise in manufacturing processes including die bonding, wire bonding, soldering (IPC 610A), laser welding, and laser marking;
Utilize production systems such as SAP (ERP) and MES / Line Management Systems to monitor and control operations;
Drive root cause analysis to improve equipment OEE and sensor performance, collaborating with suppliers and maintenance teams;
Lead process improvement and qualification activities (MSA, FMEA, Control Plans), manage new product introductions (NPI), and collaborate with global Process, R&D, and Lab teams;

Your Qualifications

Proven experience in high-volume automated assembly lines, with hands-on knowledge of processes such as glueing, wire bonding, soldering, laser welding, and laser marking;
Experience with production systems, including ERP (SAP) and MES / Line Management Systems;
Strong analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and process improvement;
Familiarity with quality and process methodologies such as MSA, FMEA, and Control Plans, working in cross-functional and global teams;
Fluent in English and Bulgarian, both written and spoken.
