Accounting Internship – Paid 5-Month Project

We are Trenkwalder – an Austrian company and a leader in the field of human resources, with more than 200 offices in 16 European countries and over 19 years of experience on the Bulgarian market. For our client, we are looking to recruit Accounting Internship – Paid 5-Month Project.

Join an international team and gain hands-on experience in operational accounting within a 5-month project. The role offers exposure to real business processes, an ERP system, and collaboration with global colleagues.

Your Tasks

Process and book primary accounting documents (invoices, bank statements, cash documents);
Prepare periodic internal reports and supporting schedules;
Maintain accurate accounting files and document flow;
Support monthly closing activities;
Communicate with internal global stakeholders and external partners, as applicable.

Your Qualifications

Previous experience in an operational accounting role is considered an advantage;
Fluency in English – both written and spoken (working language of the team);
Good MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas);
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar) is an advantage;
Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural corporate environment;
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
