We are Trenkwalder - an Austrian company, leader in human resources, with more than 200 offices in 16 European countries and over 18 years of experience on the Bulgarian market. For our client, we are looking to recruit Area Sales Manager

Your Tasks

Analyzing and understanding the regional market dynamics as well as the direct implications in the sales and trade marketing activities;
Developing tailor-made strategic and operational plans for the customers within the allocated cluster area;
Implementing the Sales and Trade Marketing activities developed on a regional level;
Indirect management of Distributor’s Sales Representatives and Merchandisers;
Delivering new and innovative business solutions for the assigned area;
Implementing local initiatives and promotional campaigns in Modern Trade channel.

Your Qualifications

University degree in Economics / Business management would be preferable;
At least 1 year professional experience on a similar position in the FMCG sector;
Good understanding of the traditional trade and modern trade channels;
Very good verbal and written English skills;
Very good computer literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Clean driving license, strong verbal and written communication skills.
