We are Trenkwalder - an Austrian company, leader in human resources, with more than 200 offices in 16 European countries and over 18 years of experience on the Bulgarian market. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Manufacturing Unit to join our client's team.
Your Tasks
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy;
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives;
- Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders;
- Anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and keep everything running smoothly;
- Organize business trips with all the corresponding documentation;
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Your Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Excellent communication in English— both written and verbal;
- Confident with tools like MS Office and calendar systems;
- Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive mindset.
