Your Tasks
What about you?
- Fluency in German and Еnglish;
- Excellent communicator and problem solver;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- A minimum of 1-year experience in a call center;
- Good PC skills and MS Office.
Your Qualifications
What about your responsibilities?
- Receive customer questions, complaints, and comments via inbound and outbound calls;
- Providing excellent client service via email and chats;
- Treat customers with respect, following the company policies;
- Update customers database.
