Your Tasks

Plan, organize, coordinate, and monitor the reliable operation of tooling and production equipment to ensure the uninterrupted execution of the plant's production schedule. Manage tooling repair, preventive maintenance, and modernization activities;
Plan, organize, and oversee the procurement of materials and spare parts required for the operation and maintenance of tooling;
Coordinate the outsourcing of tooling repairs and monitor the quality of repair work performed by external service providers;
Develop, organize, and implement initiatives aimed at extending maintenance intervals and improving tooling performance and operating conditions;
Conduct preventive inspections and measurements of tooling and equipment;
Monitor compliance with technological procedures during the installation and setup of tools and equipment;
Coordinate the repair of visible defects and damage to tooling;
Perform other duties within the company's premises as required.

Your Qualifications

University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field;
Previous experience in tooling, maintenance, manufacturing, or production engineering;
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Good organizational and planning abilities;
Good command of English will be considered an advantage;
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CAD software and ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
