We are Trenkwalder - an Austrian company, leader in human resources, with more than 200 offices in 16 European countries and over 19 years of experience on the Bulgarian market. For our client, manufacturing company - we are looking to recruit Trade Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a motivated specialist to support the provision of all communication materials and tools needed for the successful presentation of our brand portfolio across the retail network.

Your Tasks

Coordinating and executing marketing activities and promotions in retail locations in line with the annual plan;
Ordering, distributing, and monitoring various types of promotional materials, as well as ensuring their proper placement and condition;
Providing the necessary sales support materials (presentations, samples, equipment, etc.) to help improve brand visibility and turnover in stores;
Conducting regular store visits (so-called store checks) to monitor execution quality and track competitor activities;
Preparing operational reports and analyses on the campaigns implemented across retail locations.

Your Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or sales (experience in the FMCG sector will be considered a strong advantage);
Good working level of English (minimum B1);
Proficiency in MS Excel (for tables and reporting) and PowerPoint;
Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, capacity to meet tight deadlines, and excellent communication skills;
The position requires regular visits to retail locations across the country for monitoring and control of marketing activity execution.
