Fleet Manager

We are Trenkwalder - an Austrian company, leader in human resources, with more than 200 offices in 16 European countries and over 18 years of experience on the Bulgarian market. For our client, we are looking to recruit Fleet Manager.
Your Tasks
- Manage and coordinate a company-owned international fleet (initially 2–3 trucks);
- Oversee all legal and administrative fleet processes (registrations, insurances, compliance);
- Recruit, onboard, and supervise professional drivers;
- Develop operational plans and manage daily transport execution;
- Liaise closely with international teams for scheduling, routing, and reporting;
- Monitor fleet performance and optimize utilization;
- Support company growth through scalable and efficient fleet planning.
Your Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role in international freight transport (FTL);
- Strong knowledge of European transport regulations and fleet compliance;
- Proficient in communication and coordination across multi-country operations;
- Organized, self-driven, and problem-solving mindset;
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English; Turkish is a plus.
