We are Trenkwalder - an Austrian company, leader in human resources, with more than 200 offices in 16 European countries and over 18 years of experience on the Bulgarian market. For our client, a multinational company, we are looking to recruit B2C Operation Specialist.

Your Tasks

● Coordinate with Sales teams on offers to be extended to customers;

● Create OCRM (Oracle Channel Revenue Management) offers creations & submissions;

● Develop recommendation on how to improve our B2C promo process;

● Coordination between OCRM team with B2C sales and Channel to build an optimized process for activities each quarter;

● Reconcile and adjust offers to ensure accuracy and completeness;

● Own the offer creation process; work to improve efficiency of both offer communication and creation.

Your Qualifications

At least 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role and preferably in a multinational company;
Advanced skills in MS Office, especially hands-on experience working on MS Excel;
Experience on OCRM and Sales Force .com would be advantageous;
Very good communication skills, capable to adapt communication style to the audience;
Experience in analytical solutions (Tableau, Power BI would be a plus);
Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
