We are Trenkwalder - an Austrian company, leader in human resources, with more than 200 offices in 16 European countries and over 17 years of experience on the Bulgarian market. For our client, a manufacturing company, we are looking to recruit Quality Engineer.

Your Tasks

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure products meet regulatory and company standards;
Identify and analyze operational processes to drive continuous improvement projects, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and quality;
Collect and analyze data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement;
Work closely with cross-functional teams, to implement quality improvements and resolve any quality-related issues;
Develop and deliver training programs for staff on quality standards and best practices.
