For one of our long-term clients, we're looking for Account Payable Specialist.

Your Tasks

• Collects, reviews and checks outgoing or incoming invoices and checks requests;

• Sorts, accounts and connects invoices;

• Sets up payment invoices by verifying supplier IDs, plans and prepares payments, and resolves discrepancies in purchase orders, contracts, invoices, or in payments and documentation;

• Accounts for transactions in journals, ledgers and other entries;

• Investigates and resolves inconsistencies and problems in invoices, corresponds with suppliers or customers and responds to inquiries;

• Assists in closing the month and provides supporting documentation for audits;
