For one of our clients we're looking for an OPERATIONAL ACCOUNTANT
Your Tasks
- Customer invoicing and extra costs in compliance with the negotiated rates
- Processing the incoming and outgoing invoices, using the correct G/L accounts, ensure the completeness, accuracy and quality of the financial information
- Processing bank statements
- Processing the monthly payroll
- Monitor monthly Intercompany balances of Customers, Suppliers and Current Accounts
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Debtor and Creditor Management
- Compile and send monthly results reports and KPIs
- Good contact with the colleagues from the JET Logistics Group, substitute for missing colleagues in the Bulgarian office, improve the team effort.
Your Qualifications
- University degree in economics/ accounting and (or) finance. Bookkeeping knowledge.
- Work experience: minimum 3-5 years.
- Computer literacy (MS office – advanced Excel, ability to do vlook-ups and pivot tables, Navision, Transics will be a plus).
- Very good English and (or) German language.
- Willing to travel internationally.
