For our client, a leading international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Specialist to join their team

Your Tasks

Manage demand planning, forecasting, and replenishment activities;
Ensure alignment between Global Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, suppliers, and wholesalers;
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and wholesalers and ensure supply continuity;
Coordinate distribution, purchase orders, invoicing, payments, and import-related activities;
Support and coordinate product launches and supply chain projects;
Manage contracts and agreements with wholesalers;
Monitor key KPIs, product availability, stock levels, and forecast accuracy;
Participate in process improvement and cross-functional projects;
Support activities related to serialization, regulatory requirements, and communication with relevant authorities.

Your Qualifications

University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
Previous experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand Planning, or a similar role;
Experience in the pharmaceutical or another regulated industry would be an advantage;
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
Fluent English – written and spoken;
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with supply chain systems would be an advantage.
