- For one of our clients we're looking for individual for the position Customer Service Representative. He\She will responsible for smooth flow of the day-to-day tasks within the assigned area and operational goals with some impact on the field of responsibility. Identification and solving of special and technical problems, while influencing the involved parties to accept the solution.
Your Tasks
- Main commercial tasks and follow up within the area
- Receiving, registering and follow-up in SAP of received orders
- Secure optimal delivery service to Customers & Handling information about components
- Contact for all planners in different Product Lines
- Registration of delivery / forecast demand for OEM customers
- Ensure correctness, following up & update prices when needed
- Maintain master data
- Ensure the documentation is delivered complete and on-time
Your Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Basic knowledge of the production industry is a plus.
